Built by the gate, for the line

The logbook that respects the ten minutes between blocks in and the van.

Every airline pilot already has the perfect record of their flight sitting on the cockpit display - the ACARS/FMS OOOI page with exact OUT, OFF, ON, and IN times. Yet most pilots still retype those numbers into a logbook later, from memory or a photo, often days afterward. OOOIPilot exists to delete that step.

The idea

Point your phone at the OOOI page. OOOIPilot reads the times, route, and tail, computes block and flight time, and files the leg - before you’ve packed your headset. No typing, no spreadsheets, no end-of-month catch-up.

Who it’s for

Regional, mainline, and major airline pilots who want their logbook done at the gate, accurate to the minute, with the exports they actually need - airline applications, FAA 8710/IACRA, and clean PDFs for an interview.

What makes it different

  • A route map you can actually share. Every city pair you have flown, drawn from your own logged legs, on one link you can send to anyone - they do not need an account, or the app, to open it. Nothing else in this category gives you that.
  • One scratchpad line logs the whole leg. Type N17596/178PAX/CA SMITH on the CDU before you shoot the page and the tail, the passenger count, and the Captain or First Officer you flew with all come off the same photo (how it works). A data-link feed carries the times and nothing else - it has no idea how many were aboard or who was in the other seat.
  • Camera-first. The OOOI page is the input. Confirm, don’t type.
  • On-device & offline. It reads and stores on your phone first; the cockpit has no Wi-Fi.
  • Self-checking. When the printed BLOCK and FLIGHT totals agree with the times it read, you get high-confidence in green - even on a glary CRT photo.
  • Yours. Export or delete everything, anytime.
