Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OOOIPilot (the “Service”), a product of AnchorfulVentures by Anchorful LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

OOOIPilot is an electronic pilot logbook that reads flight times from cockpit OOOI displays and helps you record, analyze, and export your flight history.

Your account

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions & billing

• OOOIPilot is free to start: a free account includes 100 OOOI scans, and keeping your logbook, adding and editing flights by hand, importing and exporting your own data remain free with no limit. One paid plan, Full Access, adds cloud OCR, batch upload, advanced exports, FAR-117, a document wallet, advanced map layers, priority support, and unlimited AI import. New web subscriptions are $62/year or $6.83 month-to-month. Native app targets are $72/year or $7.69 month-to-month, with the device store sheet confirming the local price. AI import on the free plan is a flat $5 one-time per import on web. Prices shown here are USD.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play and renew automatically at the selected annual or monthly cadence unless cancelled before the renewal date. Existing subscribers keep the price attached to the subscription they purchased unless a store-required change is accepted.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.

Accuracy & your responsibility

OOOIPilot assists you in keeping records, but you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your logbook. Always review entries before relying on them, signing them, or submitting them to an employer or regulator. OCR and registry data are aids, not guarantees, and may contain errors. The Service is not a substitute for any official record-keeping you are independently required to maintain.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access other users’ data.
• Don’t use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of your logbook data. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (such as storing and syncing your data to your account).

Personal and loyalty data

Your loyalty numbers, hotel and rental-car memberships, and trusted-traveler IDs (Known Traveler Number, Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, and Known Crewmember) are stored in your own account, protected by row-level security so that only you can access them, and encrypted at rest by our database provider. We never share, sell, or use this data to train any model. It is deleted when you erase your data or delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorfulVentures by Anchorful LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or records, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You can export your data before terminating. When you erase your flight log, it is not deleted instantly: we hold it in a recoverable state for 30 days so an accidental erase can be undone (from Settings or by contacting us), after which the erased flights are permanently purged. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
