Dispatch sheets, yoke cards, handwriting - if it shows OUT/OFF/ON/IN, the cloud AI reader gets it.

  1. Actuals over scheduled

    Photograph a dispatch or trip sheet and OOOIPilot reads your handwritten actual times and ignores the printed scheduled ones (often prefixed 's' or labeled SKED).

  2. Any surface

    A yoke or knee-board card, or your own scrap of paper with OUT/OFF/ON/IN scribbled down - all work. No special template required.

  3. The cloud AI reader

    Handwriting and unusual layouts use the cloud AI reader, included with Full Access. It runs automatically when a scan needs it, and the review card keeps a manual 'Re-analyze with AI' button.
