Layover tips from other pilots

Where to eat, where the crew van actually stops, what to skip - written by the pilots who were there last week.

The layover tips section of an airport page, inviting the first tip and offering nearby restaurants, coffee, a gym and things to do.
  1. Open an airport page and scroll to the tips. They are sorted so the useful ones rise, and filtered by where you are headed - the terminal, or downtown.

  2. Add one in a few seconds

Tap Add a tip, choose what it is about, and write the sentence you wish someone had told you on your first night there. No account setup beyond the one you already have.

  3. Keeping it a crew room

Anything unhelpful can be reported from the tip itself, and enough reports pull it automatically. It stays a crew room, not a comment section.

  4. Nothing personal is attached

A tip carries the airport and the text. It does not carry your schedule, your employer or which legs you flew.
