Delete Your Account
OOOIPilot, by Anchorful LLC
Last updated August 23, 2026
You can delete your OOOIPilot account and its data at any time from this page. The same flow works in the web app, installed PWA, iPhone app, and Android app.
Checking your account...
Option 1 - Erase your flight log in the app
To wipe your logbook data while keeping your account:
- Open OOOIPilot and go to Settings.
- Under the flight-log controls, choose Erase.
- Type your account email to confirm, then confirm the erase.
An erased flight log is held in a recoverable state for 30 days (so an accidental erase can be undone from Settings), then permanently purged. This removes your flights but leaves your account active.
Delete your entire account and all data
The form above completes the deletion directly. You can also reach it inside OOOIPilot:
- Open Settings.
- Under Privacy, choose Delete your account.
- Choose a reason, type your account email, and confirm the permanent deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your login / account and profile (display name, email).
- Your entire flight logbook - flights, times, routes, aircraft, crew, and notes.
- Any scanned-page data associated with your account.
- Your support-report text and any screenshots, photos, or PDF documents you attached.
- Your documents and wallet data - loyalty numbers, memberships, and trusted-traveler IDs.
- Your subscription linkage (any active store or card subscription is unlinked from the account).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Deletion timeline: the self-service flow deletes the live account and associated cloud data immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
- Limited legal records: we retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, basic payment/transaction records for tax and accounting), for the minimum period required. These are never used for any other purpose.
- Cancel a paid subscription: deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing managed by an app store. Cancel any active subscription in Google Play or the App Store, or ask us and we will help.
On-device data
OOOIPilot stores your logbook on your device first. Completing the self-service deletion on this device also clears its local OOOIPilot database and signs it out. Repeat the deletion on no other device; the cloud account is already gone. Uninstall OOOIPilot or clear its storage on any second device that still holds an offline copy.
