Logging handwritten times from a dispatch sheet or yoke card

Many pilots write OUT/OFF/ON/IN by hand. OOOIPilot reads your handwriting on a dispatch sheet, yoke card, or scrap of paper.

If you write your times by hand, you can still log by photo: OOOIPilot reads handwritten OUT/OFF/ON/IN on a dispatch sheet, yoke card, or your own paper, and ignores the printed scheduled times.

The scan screen framing an OOOI page, with an explicit shutter, an upload-photo button and coaching about focus, glare and filling the frame.

Actuals over scheduled

On a dispatch or trip sheet the printed times are scheduled (often prefixed 's' or labeled SKED). OOOIPilot prioritizes the actual times you wrote in and ignores the scheduled ones.

Any format

No special template required. Reading handwriting is the job of the cloud AI reader, included with Full Access. It runs automatically when a scan needs it - the review card also keeps a manual Re-analyze with AI button. If it shows OUT/OFF/ON/IN, OOOIPilot reads it - any airline, any aircraft.
