Logging flight times from ACARS and the FMS

ACARS automatically records OUT/OFF/ON/IN and displays them on an FMS/CDU status page; the accurate way to log them is to capture that page rather than copy the times by hand.

Honeywell, Collins, and Airbus MCDU all present OOOI differently - green-on-black, white-on-black, amber CRT. OOOIPilot normalizes color and contrast before reading, so the display style doesn't matter.
Accuracy you can trust
Because the times come straight off the aircraft's own report, they're more accurate than memory. OOOIPilot adds a second check: if IN-OUT equals the printed BLOCK and ON-OFF equals the printed FLIGHT, the fields turn green.
